Exercise for Pre and Post Natal Women
Keeping active throughout pregnancy can help reduce your risk of numerous pregnancy-related issues including gestational diabetes, lower back/ pelvic pain, high blood pressure and Cesarean delivery. Exercise can also help to boost your energy levels, lift your mood and improve your sleep.
I offer training programmes to help you maintain physical fitness and promote a healthy pregnancy and safe return to exercise. I also offer home visits for women who would prefer to exercise in the comfort of their own home.
