Personal Training

Personal training is ideal if you need support and accountability to help reach your health and fitness goals. You will learn how to exercise safely in a way that you enjoy and that is tailored to your needs. You will develop exercise habits that you (hopefully) will sustain for the rest of your life.

Training with a friend available at 1.5 x regular rate.

Psychological Coaching 

Psychological coaching helps you specifically with psychological factors surrounding health and fitness. This includes but is not limited to motivation, habit formation, goal-setting, attitudes, values, confidence, self-esteem, self-efficacy and anxiety/stress management. Sessions are available in-person in South-West London or online. All prices include notes from the session and follow-up email support.
