Rewire

Rewire is for women who overthink exercise and are done starting over.

You know exercise is good for you.

That’s not the problem.

The problem is everything that happens in your head around it.

You spend hours researching the best programme. You plan the perfect week. You wait until you feel ready (usually a Monday). You start strong. And then one missed session sends you spiralling.

You tell yourself you’ve ruined it… again. You need to be better. You might as well quit.

You don’t need a better plan.

You don’t need more discipline.

You need to change the way your brain responds to all of this.

That’s what Rewire is for.

What is Rewire?

Rewire is my online 1-1 coaching programme that combines fitness coaching with applied behaviour change psychology. It is designed specifically for women who overthink exercise and want to move their bodies more consistently, even when life isn’t perfect (because let’s face it, it’s never going to be).

This isn’t about pushing harder. It’s about responding differently.

Who Rewire is for

Rewire is for you if you:

•       Identify as an overthinker

•       Feel anxious about getting exercise ‘right’

•       Start and stop exercising repeatedly once your initial motivation wears off

•       Fall into all-or-nothing patterns with your health and fitness

•       Want to feel strong mentally as well as physically

Why this isn’t just another fitness programme

Most fitness coaching assumes the problem is effort. More discipline. A better split. The right macros.

But if you’re an overthinker, you already know that’s not what’s stopping you.

What stops you is what happens when the week doesn’t go to plan. When you miss a session. When you’re tired and the voice in your head says you’ve already ruined it. When motivation disappears and you don’t know how to move without it.

If those patterns don’t change, the plan doesn’t matter. This is why Rewire focuses on changing those patterns, not just delivering workouts (though you’ll get excellent, personalised fitness programming too).

How Rewire works

Rewire combines two things that are rarely integrated properly:

Fitness coaching: so you build real strength and fitness with a programme tailored to your ability, your environment, your experience, your goals and your preferences.

Behaviour change psychology: so you understand and change your thinking and behaviour patterns that have kept you stuck, which builds consistency that doesn’t rely on motivation.

Each month you’ll receive:

•       A personalised training programme

•       Weekly written check-ins and feedback

•       WhatsApp support between sessions

•       A monthly 1-1 psychological coaching call

The workouts build physical strength. The coaching builds mental strength.

What makes Rewire different

Most fitness coaching focuses on compliance: follow the plan, track your food, show results. It treats the body as the project.

Rewire treats your relationship with exercise as the project.

You won’t be asked for progress photos in your pants. You won’t be given rigid food rules. You won’t be made to feel guilty for missed sessions - we’ll use them as data instead.

You will be supported, challenged thoughtfully, and treated like a whole person.

Why work with me

I bring together two things that rarely coexist in the coaching space: deep academic expertise in behaviour change, and almost a decade of real-world fitness coaching experience. This isn’t surface-level ‘mindset coaching’.

I have:

•       Over 8 years of 1-1 and group fitness coaching experience at the second largest gym chain in the UK

•       A Health Psychology research background across several of the UK’s top universities

•       A Level 2 counselling qualification

•       A Master’s degree in Health Psychology

•       A First-Class Bachelor’s degree in Psychology

•       Lived experience of anxiety and overthinking

I understand behaviour change academically. And I understand what it feels like when your own brain makes simple things harder than they need to be.

I created Rewire because I saw a gap: most fitness coaching ignores the psychology of behaviour change. But understanding your brain and behaviour is essential to becoming consistent with exercise.

Investment

£225 per month

A minimum of three months is recommended. Behaviour change takes repetition, and three months gives us enough time to interrupt old thought and behaviour patterns, build new responses, and create real momentum.

Many clients choose to stay beyond that. Once the patterns start to shift, that’s where the real progress begins.

Who Rewire is not for

Rewire isn’t the right fit if you:

•       Want a quick aesthetic transformation

•       Want rigid rules to follow without thinking

•       Aren’t willing to reflect on your own thoughts, feelings and behaviours

•       Are looking for someone to just tell you what to do and leave you to it

Rewire is for women who are ready to engage - not just with their workouts, but with themselves.

FAQs

Is Rewire therapy?

No. I’m not a therapist, and Rewire is not therapy. Our coaching focuses specifically on your relationship with exercise - the mindset, habits, barriers and emotional responses that influence how you show up for movement. Many clients do choose to work alongside a therapist, and I fully support that.

Do I need a gym membership?

No. You can train at home or in a gym. Ideally you’ll have access to some free weights - dumbbells or kettlebells are enough to build strength effectively. Your programme is tailored to your environment, preferences, and experience level. You could be a complete beginner, or someone who’s exercised on and off for years but always ends up getting in their own way.

I have an injury or medical condition, can I still join?

In most cases, yes. You’ll complete a health screening form before we start, and as long as you’re safe to exercise (or have GP approval where needed), we can adapt your training accordingly. I have experience working with women managing a range of conditions, and exercise is often a central part of feeling better.

What if I’m inconsistent right now?

That’s exactly why Rewire exists. You don’t need to prove you can be consistent before you start, the programme is specifically designed to help you change the patterns that are currently keeping you stuck.

How long should I commit for?

A minimum of three months is recommended. That’s enough time to interrupt old patterns, build new responses, and create real momentum. Many clients choose to stay longer, as accountability and genuine support are key ingredients in lasting behaviour change.

What if I just want a workout plan?

Rewire probably isn’t the right fit for you. This isn’t a passive programme where you receive a plan and get on with it. It’s collaborative, reflective, and requires genuine engagement. If you’re ready to work on your patterns as well as your strength, you’ll get far more out of it than a plan alone could ever give you.
